Ibiere N. Seck, Esq.

Over 17 years of elite trial experience in the nation’s most complex cases. Delivering results few attorneys achieve.

Experienced Trial Attorney. Built for the Courtroom.

Ibiere N. Seck is the Founder and Principal Trial Lawyer of Seck Law, P.C., and one of the nation’s leading advocates for those facing life-altering injustice. Her practice is devoted exclusively to representing plaintiffs in complex and catastrophic cases, including wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, civil rights violations, and the sexual abuse of minors.

In 2025 alone, Ibiere secured more than $250 million in verdicts and settlements for her clients, a testament not only to her courtroom skill, but to her relentless pursuit of justice.

Throughout her career, she has delivered multiple landmark results, including a $49.6 million jury verdict for an on-duty CHP officer catastrophically injured during a traffic stop, an $8.9 million verdict for a victim struck by a drunk driver, and a $4 million verdict for a young woman injured in a pedestrian collision. Time and again, Ibiere has proven her ability to step into the most complex cases, often on the eve of trial, and secure life-changing outcomes.

Before founding Seck Law, Ibiere spent ten years at The Cochran Firm, the firm established by the late Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr., where she sharpened her trial advocacy in catastrophic injury and police misconduct cases in both state and federal courts.

Her leadership and excellence have earned her national recognition. Ibiere is a longtime Super Lawyers honoree, a former Daily Journal Top 40 Under 40, and recipient of prestigious awards including Consumer Attorneys of California’s Street Fighter of the Year and CAALA’s Rising Star Award. In 2024, she served as President of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) — the largest plaintiff trial bar in the country.

Ibiere is also a proud member of the Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an elite, invitation-only organization recognizing trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional courtroom excellence and a deep commitment to preserving the right to civil jury trials.

Beyond verdicts and accolades, Ibiere is driven by purpose. She mentors young attorneys nationwide, teaches trial advocacy across the country and abroad, and serves on the boards of numerous legal and community organizations. Her work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, and fiercely represented.
